Jam Thumbprint Cookies

From: Real Simple

1 recipe Basic Sugar Cookie Dough, room temperature
1/3 c. apricot or raspberry jam

  1. Roll dough into tablespoon sized balls.
  2. Press a thumbprint into the center of each ball.
  3. Spoon a teaspoon of jam into the center of each cookie.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15-18 min until the bottom of the cookies turns slightly golden.
